As a STEM major, I am fascinated by the technology around me and how it dramatically changed our lives. Technology has developed so rapidly; I can still remember how vastly different life was for me as a child versus now. There was a time when smartphones, computers, and social media apps were not common to have. Now, in this day of age, technology runs the world and the economy of many countries.  

I enjoyed exploring various innovations that have impacted the world we know. Researching the history behind these technologies taught me the importance they have in their country of origin and the difference they made to the country's growth.  

Putting this podcast together was also very fun as I had a chance to take control of this project and make it personalized. I feel inspired to pursue other categories of the podcast and possibly one day make a profession out of it.
