What does AI have to do with pharmaceuticals?

I enjoyed doing this podcast because the topic of AI in drug discovery is directly related to my area of professional interest. I hope to do pharmaceutical research in the future. Before I did my research about the applications of AI in the pharmaceutical industry, I knew nothing about it. There were times that I found it difficult to understand the mechanism of the AI tools and technologies involved. However, preparing for the podcast was rewarding because I gained some exciting knowledge and insights into important new developments in pharmaceutical research.
